Many of the hospitality firms who recruit at Penn State in the School of Hospitality Management also schedule a company information session and/or a company day the day before their interviews. The company presentation sessions serve to answer general questions about your company and allow you to meet students in an informal setting. Information Sessions are typically held in a classroom.
In addition to the Company Information Session you may also want to set up your company booth in our lobby for a “Company Day.” Typically the “Company Day” is held the day before interviews from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This gives your company exposure to graduating seniors to students who may want to gain knowledge about your company for internships, summer jobs, or permanent placement.
